Burger Diet Results  

From Dec to Feb 2019 I tried another crazy diet experiment. For this one I wanted to learn what it was like to go to the same place over and over. When would I get sick of it, would I become a regular, etc. I got a Smash Pass which let me get one free burger a day, and most of the time, that's all I ate. This is not diet advice!



Starting week: 195 lbs, 26% body fat


End week: 183 lbs, 25% body fat


I learned that it takes about one month before I really start getting sick of something. I even started craving burgers from other places! I felt like the diet was a little less effective than an intermittent fasting diet. It was important to find a place that has good quality ingredients. Even the fries I had to admit, I could feel my body taking a terrible hit when I would do fries every day. More sick feeling, and overall less performance from every system in my body. 


After it ended, I missed it. The convenience was nice. The food was good enough I still go back every once in a while. It is kind of pricey though so not too common. I did not "get an addiction" like one co-worker thought might happen. Overall I didn't really feel much different after it was all said and done.
